Our Founder

Jay Gosselin is a career and leadership coach, facilitator, speaker, and founder of MentorU Inc. With a background in counselling psychology, Jay has a passion for helping others flourish and is a strong advocate for purposeful education. 

After founding MentorU in 2015, Jay saw a need for a life- and career-skills program to support young people in their transition between high school and post-secondary. This led Jay to founding Discover Year, a structured and purposeful gap year program that helps young adults better understand what they want in life and build the skills they need to get it.

Recognizing that the programming and content delivered through MentorU and Discover Year are applicable to both personal and professional settings, Jay founded 3C Team Building and Training in 2023, a team building company devoted to helping teams enhance performance by improving their communication, collaboration and connections in the workplace.
